We offer dance classes to ages 18 months through adults.  Each class is age/ability specific and we do not combine multiple age groups in one class until we have mastered the major motor skills.  Each class is taught at a specific maturity level to help the children identify with the specific tasks.  We use props and repetition to help guide the children through each level and help them develop an appreciation for dance.

This is a brand new program that we are offering EXCLUSIVELY at Springfield Dance.  There are no other classes comparable offered anywhere in Springfield!  Vocal teacher Liz Donathan will instruct children beginning at age 8 in vocal, acting and audition techniques to help prepare them for musical theatre.  This class will help build confidence and give them techniques to use prior to their readiness for formal vocal instruction.

We have several different gymnastics classes on our schedule.  Each class is loosely based on age, but skill level is the major factor.  Each child will progress at his or her own pace and will be developing their own skills.  Our goal is to set the foundation for the basics, and give the children the opportunity to learn high level skills without the time commitment and pressures of competition teams
